Pool & Pool Area Guidelines: • The pool operates on a filtration system between 9am and 5pm daily. It is controlled by a timer, which may occasionally reset due to power outages. • As the pool and lanai are outdoor areas, it is impossible to keep them entirely free from bugs and dirt, especially after rain. The pool service company sweeps or vacuums the pool weekly to remove debris. • Pool sanitation chemicals are added daily via an auto feeder and weekly making the pool safe for swimming at any time. • During the dry season, you may need to add water using the garden hose if the water level drops below the tile line. The optimal level is at the middle of the tiles. • If adding water, please set an alarm for 2 hours to remind you to turn off the garden hose. Cleaning Tips for Lanai Area: • Please avoid leaving food outside, as it attracts critters. Keep lanai clean by sweeping the ground when food or snacks fall. Trash & Recycling: Please place trash and recycling bins at the curb on Monday evenings with the wheels facing the house. • Collection day is early Tuesday mornings. Please put trash and recycling bins out Monday night and bring back in after trash and recycling has been collected. Departure Guidelines: The cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 10am on your departure day. House Entry, Keys and Garage Remote: • To retrieve the house entry key from the key safe, the code to open is 2367. • If you used the garage remote, please place it back on the kitchen counter prior to leaving. Remotes not returned will incur a $50 fee at the end of their stay. TV Access: • Most of the TV’s are Smart TV’s and have apps in which you can personally log into. Upon departure, log out of all apps. Before You Leave: • Garage Remote: Leave it on the kitchen counter. • Dishwasher: Load and start it before departing (dishwasher soap is provided). • Laundry: Place used towels in the laundry room. DO NOT include bed sheets, shams, duvets, or comforters as these are cleaned separately. • Doors: Ensure all doors are locked upon departure and return the keys to the key safe. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher and laundry detergent is provided. Please note: There is no BBQ grill or outdoor television.
